Are you considering counseling or coaching?
The most successful people in the world have coaches, counselors, and mentors. Why shouldn’t you? There’s an old stigma attached to mental health counseling, but as we learn more about the human mind, science shows us that we can all benefit from some type of coaching or support.
Not all therapeutic partnerships are alike. I often see clients who have become disillusioned with the therapy process. There are a number of reasons for that, including readiness to explore change, trauma triggers, and simply finding the right therapist, coach, or treatment team.
Choosing the right counselor or coach is difficult. It’s much like purchasing a nice pair of running shoes. It takes a little trial and error, and it takes a little time to make sure that you have the right fit.

If you are new to counseling, or if you are hoping to find the right fit for you, let's plan a phone call!
A short consultation call is a great way to get to know your counselor. Feel free to ask me about my approach to the therapeutic process. We can assess your situation and your needs and go from there.
My job isn’t to make you see me, and only me, for therapy. My job is to help you find the right path to wellness. If I am not the counselor for you, I’ll do my best to help you find someone who is just the right fit.
